Upon completion, you will receive your accreditation certificate.

The pre-test will close on Saturday, January 25 at 10:30 AM PST.

The post-program activities will become available on Sunday, January 25, at 4:30 PM PST. 

Please complete the post-test and evaluation within 30 days of the activity date to receive an accreditation certificate for your credit claim. 

For your MOC points to be processed, please note the following:

• Ensure all profile information in this evaluation matches what is entered in your ABIM profile.
• The accredited provider will submit your request for MOC points to the ABIM system within 90 days of your completion of the survey.

MOC claims for PHYSICIANS only: To claim MOC points, please complete the survey within 30 days of the activity. Make sure you provide your 6-digit ABIM number in the evaluation profile, and your profile is up to date in the ABIM system. The ABIM profile information must match what you entered when completing the program evaluation.

By entering your ABIM number, you acknowledge and give permission to MER to submit information regarding your participation in this CME activity to all relevant Boards via ACCME’s PARS system.
