ARTHROS is an educational initiative designed to meet the educational needs of US rheumatologists at three organizational levels: state, city and academic. ARTHROS mission statement articulates that "ARTHROS programs aim to provide novel, expert-designed medical educational programming for Rheumatologists and musculoskeletal care providers by advancing science in daily practice and elevating the standards of Rheumatologic care"

Since 2013, the primary focus of ARTHROS has been to deliver more than 30 accredited state society educational programs. As a result, the outreach to more than 1,500 US rheumatologists has been heralded by many as "expert", "highly engaging" and "well done" programming. In 2016 and 2017, ARTHROS has also successfully delivered 22 city round programs designed to engage young rheumatologists in case-based discussions. The city rounds were facilitated in 22 cities across the country and engaged more than 150 rheumatologists. The results of the city rounds program were presented at the 2017 Annual Meeting of the American College of Rheumatology.

ARTHROS programs deliver timely, cutting-edge content to ensure attendees receive current, impactful and practical education in the communities where they live and practice. ARTHROS provides turn-key educational programming for busy healthcare providers and trainees who are dedicated to improving their practice, knowledge base and ultimately, patient outcomes
