Upon completion, you will receive your accreditation certificate. 

The pre-test will close on Friday, April 4, at 10:00 AM EDT.
The post-program activities will become available on Saturday, April 5, at 2:50 PM EDT.

Please complete the post-test and the evaluation within 30 days of the conference to claim credit and receive your accreditation certificate.

MOC claims for PHYSICIANS only: To claim MOC points, please complete the survey within 30 days of the activity. Make sure you provide your 6-digit ABIM number in the evaluation profile, and your profile is up to date in the ABIM system. The ABIM profile information must match what you entered when completing the program evaluation.
