Target Audience
Nurse practitioners and physician assistants involved in the management of patients with GI disorders and chronic liver disease.
Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Describe current screening, diagnosis and management options for patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
- Apply optimal treatment strategies for patients with IBD
- Compare and contrast currently available treatment modalities for IBD
