Make sure you provide your 6-digit ABIM number in the evaluation profile, and your profile is up to date in the ABIM system. The ABIM profile information must match what you entered when completing the program evaluation. By entering your ABIM number, you acknowledge and give permission to Medical Education Resources to submit information regarding your participation in this CME activity to all relevant Boards via ACCME’s PARS system.
